With over 30 years of experience in contact centres, Andrea is a respected leader in the industry. She’s spent many years as a lead judge for both the European and National Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards, bringing her deep knowledge and keen eye for excellence. While Andrea has extensive board-level experience, she’s just as comfortable rolling up her sleeves and driving performance on the front lines. She’s passionate about improving the experience for both customers and colleagues—a commitment that’s earned her several awards, including the prestigious title of East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year in 2024.
Richard is a senior leader within the Contact Centre industry, having over 25 years’ experience within the fields of Operational Analytics, Workforce Optimisation, and Business Transformation. Richard holds a Business Degree and achieved an MBA (with Distinction) in 2019, and he combines this academic knowledge with in-depth practical expertise, to deliver pragmatic operational solutions. His hands-on approach in strategic change, technology integration, and organisational behaviour has demonstrably improved operational performance and workforce efficiency, and in turn increased retention across the Contact Centres in which he has worked.
